To Living

Life Moves
Trapped in time
Until it’s up.

This moment
A memory.

Enjoy it
While it’s here.
It’s gone.

To the next adventure
To the new dream
To destinations and realities unquestioned
To life
That cannot be tamed
Refuses to be frozen
Outside of time and space.

Laughing

Our first response
When oxygen hits our lungs
Vibrates our vocal cords
Is to cry

Kids make fun of kids
On the playground
Down the red slide
It makes you cry

Not wining
Loosening the retaining
The feeling of lack
Swells up tears

Sometimes I am too lost
To see it
That silent knowing
That pervades the ringing
In the air

Painful, yes
Sometimes very
In its way
Perfect

I try to understand
Sometimes I can see it
When I am not suffocated

Life is beautiful
In its own way
All the suffering
Is worth the perfection

Of a joyful laugh

This Too Shall Pass

This too shall pass
Time illusion
Allows confusion
Instance is now
Be one with the Tao

This too shall pass
Enjoy what you got
For it shall rot
Fleeting reality
Should not cause agony
Just be thankful
Allow some tranquil

This too shall pass
Live live live
Give Give give
Forgive
Be creative and effective
Give up reactive
Don’t be a captive
Live active
This too shall pass

It is What it is

It is what it is
It cannot be anything else
And it changes all the time
It still remains what it is

And what is it?
An acceptance?
That life is life?
The day is the day?
It is what it is

What at this moment is lacking?
What at this moment is tasking?
What at this moment is not what is?

It is what it is
Can we change it?
It changes all the time
With and without your consent

It is what it is
