Starship Earth

Dark green moss on a rock

Our civilization beams light

off this blue diamond

Add caption
Floating through time and space

Our whole history a fragmental blip

We are so small

It is assured

The beautiful blue bubble

 Will burst

It is assured

That every man and woman

Will endure his or her own time

It is assured that nothing is really assured

I don't know how

Or why

Or what

Floating in space

our little blue ball

Smells of fresh rain

Oh the experiences we experience

The lives that are played out

Humans being humans

Whatever that means

Look into the stars

away from city lights

look into the stars

you are smaller than

the smallest cell

You are as beautiful as a snowflake

You are a glowing ember

You are insignificantly significant

Float on mighty star child

Float through time and space

Float on your voyage

Row Row Row
